-You wake up at 2 am, run down stairs and chew a piece of gum for 5 seconds just to get the taste out of your mouth
-No matter how hard your try - the tears just keep coming: sunbeam lessons, country songs, a compliment, an insult, doesn't matter the tears are bound to come! - and crying makes you throw up!
-You get absolutely nothing done in 2-3+ months! I mean NOTHING!
-You figure out cream of wheat. The only, absolutely only food that has completely NO taste. In those hard sickening moments - it is a life saver!
-You dream of every single fear you have ever had in your life - VIVIDLY!
-Your child's disciplining takes 2 LARGE steps backwards but you discover Sesame Street!
-You go to the grocery store for 1 thing - the craving you KNOW you can keep down. You get it and you can't keep it down - so of course you cry!
-Your husband starts praying for an extra 30 seconds after we have prayed together! haha!
-All to-do lists, blogs, recipe books, cleaning buckets, and laundry detergent starts collecting dust - literally.
-I swear the mail and bills shave tripled and you do everything in your power not to fall behind.
-You and your child have ear infections, stomache flu, food poisoning, the flu, etc. - everything in the book so you don't have to appear places - for appearance and disposition reasons!
-You can eat 6 baked potatoes in one sitting. Funny joke cause all you do it sit - I really mean, in less than 2 hours!
-Your definition of clean drastically changes!
How do you know if you are pregnant with your second?
-Instead of doing Kegels you are planning your grocery trips around the length of time you can hold your pee! Not true, on your second you finally understand the importance of Kegels and do them all the way to every grocery trip praying it might suppress the "I have to go to the bathroom or kill someone" sensation.
-Instead of constantly thinking about how to paint the nursery without poising your child - you are worried about how it is possible to have more stretch marks and maybe eat a little better this pregnancy?!
-Instead of reading all these pregnancy/baby books, you are praying/pretend fasting every night for the miracle of a healthy baby and labor.
-I fit in the jeans now, that I wore when I was 8 months pregnant with Brynlee - Yikes! But you learn more and more small things about yourself and your body to curb the nausea.
-Instead of going from store to store picking out a bed spread/rocking chair, you are going from store to store trying to entice your first child to the "princess" underwear!-Instead of trying to get your husband to as many obgyn apointments/birth classes as possible, you say a little prayer everyday thanking God for how patient and loving he is to you and your child - and that he did the dishes - AGAIN!!
-All the sudden, you have way too many toys!
-You get to surprise a few more people (probably only like 10 though:) ) about your pregnancy!
I KNOW IT IS EARLY BUT GUESS WHAT! WE ARE FINALLY PREGNANT AND COULDN'T BE MORE THRILLED! I AM DUE 11/11/11!

I'm still smiling! I am so happy for you. I really hope the nausea will end soon so that you can feel NORMAL. In the mean time, feel free to not clean, eat like a slob, and be generally lazy. It's normal and expected. :)

I completely agree with EVERYTHING you said, and it made me tear up a little, proving point number 2. It's nice to know I'm not the only one. I gotta try some baked potatoes! :) And - yes - it IS amazing how much more husband means to me this time around. We literally would not survive without him. Love you!! I hope the med talk on facebook helps you somewhat!
