There are few individuals that she will let handle her giraff, Gerdy! This cutie is one of them!
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Walks, walks and more walks.
Dev and I have been biking a few times this week. We usually decide 5 minutes after we should have left and always exceed our allouted time limit when we go biking! We probably went 20 miles this week. Here is a picture of a cute ice-cream parlor we found at the strip on one of our adventures. This place was built and has antiques from the 1800's!
I am spring cleaning this week and getting excited for Easter and General Conference! Man I have a good life! Do you ever look back at a hard time in your life and realize how strong your relationship was with God? Everyone has knelt down at some point in their life and desperately pleaded with God for something or someone. Whether your wishes come true or not the act of praying that desperately brings you closer to God. I'll tell you some of mine . . . pleading for a "yes" answer for marrying Devin ("no" was not in my vocabulary during that prayer:)), every morning I woke up morning sick with Brynlee (usually on the toilet and for about 3 months straight), and this last month I have had a few good ones. I have so many worldly lists this week to check off and accomplish, but spiritually, my goal this week will be praying desperately now that I don't have any desperate needs!
Everyday day we live, is additional evidence of God's love! Sounds cheesy and I never wanted to say this but I am a cancer patient and I have been in remission for 33 days! I have a 10% chance it will return but lately, remembering and keeping track of those 33 days reminds me who I owe my life to. I think I will also kiss Brynlee 5 times every day this week!
Speak of the Devil, here is my video for the week. She is laughing more and more everyday. She is also starting to copy me. You can kind of tell in the video. I make a complete fool of myself once again, sorry, just ignore me! I just think she is so cute in this:

Lee was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma (a type of skin cancer and a very large tumor at that) when we'd only been married for 6 months. We've now been in remission for 3 years and still going strong! I know what you mean about desperate prayers and you're right-- we need to find ways to keep that intensity of communication and relationship even when we don't have desperate needs. Thanks for the reminder.
We're thinking of you and praying for you and your sweet family all the time. And we look forward to watching your 33 days turn into 33 years!
hahahah awesome nicole, brynlee totally thinks you're hilarious- fabulous!
thanks for your testimony :)
ummmmm I love you! 'nuff said :)
I don't know if there is any sound I love better than a baby squealing with delight! She is adorable. I absolutely love that picture of her with Devin. She's just so cute in it! You make me want to go bike riding. I can't believe you're wearing shorts!!! No more blizzards, I guess. Nothing is cheesy about you surviving cancer and being totally elated about it!! I love hearing the continual good news! Sure love you.
YEAH! I love it, your post your thoughts and feelings and Brynlees laugh, she is totally following your lead and you can tell! I love it! We need to talk soon, I keep missing you on skype now that I am not at home every day! That will change in a couple weeks when I start online classes again! Can't wait!
