Man, did I have a fun date night with Devin! We have had a huge list of places we wanted to go for date nights and thank to some willing friends, we checked off an item this weekend and have committed to starting monthly date nights. Devin had won a 75$ gift certificate to Point Bugge.
It is a really fancy restaurant in the middle of nowhere, but it was SO GOOD! We ordered a pound of moules
(FYI for if your menu isn't in english - that translates to muscles!) and loved every bite - it was their best selling dish and what they were famous for. We dressed up hoping we would fit in. Come to find out that if you want to look wealthy, just wear sweats and bring 6 kids to a restaurant like that!
Brynlee also went in to see Dr. Gneiting to get her teeth cleaned and expected. She has been grinding her teeth pretty bad but we got the OK from the office! She also is in the process of getting her molars (which are two times worse than the front teeth!) I feel so bad for her! The secretaries were dying to take Natalie so I could help with Brynlee which was a huge help.
And updates - we won all our volleyball games this week! My cake class was a blast! I'm doing it with 3 other dental wives that took the first intro cake class and it is so FUN! Highly recommend this class to anyone. We worked with, rolled out and formed 50/50 gum paste and fondant on Monday. Brynlee also went to a pirate Birthday party!
Brynlee can't part from her shiny new pirate necklaces now, jewelry here we come! Don't they look like marty gras beads! It is kind of embarrassing!
The annual Pie Night was such a hit! So many good pies and beautiful ladies!
My beautiful piano student - Kuei-O - got married. It was so fun to support her and interesting to go to another religion's ceremony. Then we went to a estate sale and guess what we found:
This beautiful piece of art was not 1000$, not 3,000$, but 4,000$ and please notice the SOLD sign. This bad boy was an original chandelier dated back to the early 1800 and sold for 4,000$. Dev said that if ugly chandeliers is what someone is going for, then we could cut someone a huge deal and give them about 5 of ours for . . . (we'll go easy) 1,000$!

I'm so glad you guys got to go on an awesome date. How fun! Let's get together soon, okay??
$1,000? That's a steal! Count me in for 2 of them.
Brynlee is so cute. I couldn't take my eyes off of her during the hymns on Sunday- she has some serious choir director skills!
Wow, so much to catch up on. You still seem like you're so productive with the two kids.
I guess I really don't understand a "steal" when I find one because I think Adam would divorce me if I ever wanted to pay that much for a chandelier.
I loved seeing what you were up to in Id. What a fun trip. How did you get the hook ups to drive that car? Was that pregnant girl in the b day party picture the friend I met in D.c?
