New Years Eve and Day and a lot of January was spent with friends and sure kept us busy. Wish I could catch all of our highlights on camera but here is family night - Devin's pick (we watched John Wayne with popcorn).
Our Saturdays are stake basketball till April - I love it and have missed it!
And finally, we had so much fun when the Spiels came and visit! I miss you already.
New Years Goals:
I have been simplifying by only doing one broad goal each year. Give me room for failure! Kidding! Reporting from last year - Last year was holiday traditions and decorations - I did a 7 out of 10 effort! This year is a healthy being - daily scripture study, read more books, regular exercise, consistently taking my vitamins, staying on top of doctor appointments, flossing and helping Brynlee do the same!
We are still dealing with a few side effects from my MRI's last year but everything is turing out just fine with great results from doctors. The doctors discovered my skull disease in the MRI's and it is a little more extensive then we had thought, but our options are do nothing or huge surgery and I don't think my case is bad enough to be doing any surgery. And although I will be seeing a few doctors in the next few months double checking to make sure I am dormant and discovering the connection to my cancer, I don't think we will need anymore surgeries - WAHOOO!

Yes, you guys do need to work on flossing. You guys never busted open that brand new package! Shame on you.

Nicole! It looks like you had so much fun! That first picture with the beautiful fall leaves had me salivating! Was that in Florida!? So gorgeous! I really missed that this year... And the one of you in front of the yellow boards...(dock?) is awesome. You always should have been a model. :) I have totally been wanting to make a generations frame like that for Brent!! Way to go! I'm sure he loves it. :) PS- to follow up on the phone conversation we had...I hear Jillian Michaels Shred is an awesome workout that has great reviews. Just since you asked. :) Keep in touch!
