We love the Gneitings!

We were pretty excited to get Grandparents and Aunt Olivia to come visit right after Christmas.  They toughted out the long drive and came down to the sun.  We took them to red sands and had a blast.  Teddy asked to be buddies with Grandpa a lot and after a fit we found out he was hungry and he downed 4 hot dogs!  We played a little volleyball took!  It was a little windy but so fun.

We had a few nights of pop the pig and uno with the kids.  Then when the kids went down we played a pretty fun game of greed.  Olivia was so so so amazing with the kids.  She let crazy sleeping Brynlee lay all over her at night with multiple sleep overs in the toy room.  I also didn't remember how many times she played princess and doc mcstuffins with Brynlee till she left and then it was my turn to play with her.
The Gneitings also got some work done in the office.  Hopefully it helped make the trip down worth it!  Devin enjoyed showing his parents around his work environment.  Julie was told Devin's office nick name!
We took them to the petroglyphs.  I think it was a success even with Jim's broken foot and the hiking/walking it required!  We also went to Ruidoso and did some shopping.  That was quite a packed day!  Then Devin and I played some games at the Westovers for New Years Eve.  We came back before 12 and watched a movie.  The great gadsby.  I wasn't a fan and didn't last till 12.  The last 3 years I've been by myself while Dev was with the YM dance and this year I didn't even stay awake long enough.  Maybe next year!  It was fun to have family here this year!
We took the them to white sands and went sledding!  It was fun to get some fresh air and have brown bag deli for a few house before sun set.  They also went shooting a few times and the girls went shopping.

It was very very nice of the Gneitings to treat us to one of our favorite places: Can't Stop Smokin BBQ!
This week went by so fast and we really really miss them.  I can't wait till August when we get to go to Idaho and see everyone again.
