We always love hanging out with the Hays. We had to go one more time. We were getting serious about a practice and wanted to go to the temple once again to make sure we were going down the right path. Every time I walk into the temple I have an instant perspective and peace. The Denver temple was beautiful and it was shorter than a 3 hour drive so that was nice.
I can never get enough of talking with this cute girl. She inspires me to do more and be more.
The kids had such a fun time at their base pool. Which is basically a mini theme park! Although we didn't need to go anywhere because the kids disappear the whole weekend and have a ball together.
The Hays keep us hopping when we come. I like it. How could you not be completely outside when in colorado springs. There are so many hikes, waterfalls, and parks. We hiked up to a waterfall and the kids had a ball. The perfect distance for them.
Then we went and hung out/walked around the air balloon lighting festival. I smelt weed for the first time! They just legalized it in CO.
The Hays treated us to a day on the lake with their boat. Devin of course loved every minute and did well on the lake but I most proud of Brynlee for getting up on the knee board! This picture is so cute of her and taken right before the nerves set in!
