This pregnancy has been hard. It is as bad as my pregnancy with Brynlee which is why I thought this was a girl. Please skip this if you don't want to hear greusome details. I would like to document what pregnancy is like for my girls. I had about one month (November) when I was sick every hour and throwing up daily. I take zofran every day but it doesn't do anything. I take stomache acid medicine but that doesn't work either and every other toilet appointment is green and before I even put food in my mouth. Drinking a bunch before I eat helps. I try to smile and stay positive but usually end up getting upset and returning to my bed. I do the essentials to survive and I eat a little here a little there. I rarely gain weight till I start feeling better around 20 weeks. But for October and December then I usually had two hours from 2 pm to 4 pm when I was functional and not in bed and every other week have a good day or maybe two. I have back pain and my hips ache really bad. I usually can't fit in jeans pretty quickly from my hips moving. Everything tastes horrible. Every labor I LOVE the hospital food cause all the sudden the taste is gone. I eat a lot of gum in pregnancy and in the first 20 weeks I usually drive the family everywhere cause I can't figure out how to not get car sick. I find a sugar cereal and eat it all day in hopes to eventually be hungry and want something else. I hate going to the grocery store and my family eats cereal and frozen meals the whole time. Lots of TV. And usually around 18 weeks I start wondering if this will ever end and how the pioneers did it!
Taking Brynlee to school was painful and Devin really stepped up and started taking her on his way to work. Between moving and a lack of maternal presence Teddy really started acting up and throwing horrible fits. At one point I was in his room and had taken away every stuffed animal and toy he had so I took away his bed and put it in the hall way!!! I struggled to go to the store and take Brynlee to gymnastics. I love Teddy's cute age even with the fits. He still thinks that I can't see him when he covers his eyes and he asks to hold my hand till he goes to sleep. We got egged the third week we were here and I've seen some highs school kids looking in the windows of my car. I ran out and asked if I could help them and they got nervous and ran. We cleared out our garage pretty quickly after that and parked inside. We found our place in the church pretty quickly. I'm the organist (playing and learning the pedals at the same time!) with a part time permanent non-official CTR 4 substitute and Devin is a counselor in the YMs over teachers. There are some great families in the ward. I love our location at this rental. It is a great neighborhood. We are around the corner from Walmart and 5 houses down from Brynlee's school. We went to Homestead Heritage with the Stirlands and had a blast. I even walked away without buying any pottery! Anyways I'm getting sick so I'm going to finish Christmas later.
