Richard and Emily Bean were blessing their twins on New Years Day (Sunday). So we decided to make a trip of it. We had to stop at Bucee's on our way down and indoctrinate our kids! We stayed at Brad and Nicole Theurer's house for New Years Eve and had a blast. Nicole was such a good host, and their little Jaxon was right in the middle of our Jaxon and Teddy. We stayed up late after the kids went down talking and laughing. The next morning (at 9!) was the blessing. It was sweet and fun to see Norene and Matt and David Bean who came down to TX for the blessing. I snapped a quick picture of the boys fighting over Devin's lap during sacrament. Typical. No offense mom. Sweet Emily had everyone over for a luncheon after the blessing and pictures. Jaxon cried the whole time by the way. Teddy and Brynlee were in heaven with all the old and "new" cousins their ages. Then we drove over the the Packards new cute home for a nice dinner and white elephant gift exchange. The Webbs from Alamogordo joined us and I honestly didn't see the kids the majority of the time. They had so much fun with their new cousins. We got to talk and laugh as adults for hours. Brynlee cried at the white elephant gift exchange when she lost her makeup but it was such a fun time for all.
