Best Grocery Trip EVER!

I need to document my latest grocery trip.

Brynlee and I were in and out of the grocery store in 10 minutes and Brynlee demanded no cart and to carry all my groceries - which she successfully did very obediently.

First- I was walking with our groceries to my car, following a very elderly couple.  The man ...had a mouth.  The lady ... wasn't all there and kept commenting on how if they didn't get to the near by gas station - it would close (it was 11 am).  The husband clicked the car "unlock" button on his key chain.  Nothing.  Clicked it again with a choice word.  Nothing.  Clicked it again with 2 choice words.  Nothing.  Then the man turned to his wife in dispair saying, "I think it's broken."  Women returned, "well replace the battery?"  Husband looked confused and then returned, "it's not a battery, it's WIFI."

There were so many thing funny/wrong aspects with this conversation, I didn't even know where to begin to help them.  So I offered to try the "WIFI" unlock button and it worked just fine.  They cracked some funny comments and we parted.

Second -While driving away I was following a red old old old old old buick with a cute little white haired grandma.  (I saw her pass me, that is how I know what she looks like.)  I noticed an 8 by 11 piece of paper taped to her back window.  I crepped up to read what she had typed up in big font and literally taped to the window.  It said "This is an offical police car on offical police business.  Please follow traffic signs around the vehicle."  I was dying laughing.  That was it.  Officially, the best grocery trip ever!

We have moved on from cribs.  And my advice is ... if you have a stuffed animal called "Gerdy" the switch will be way too easy.  This is her "I'm asleep ...  so don't take gerdy away" look!

I also made my apointment to find out the sex of the baby?!  2 WEEKS!  Let's make this a little more fun ... what do you think we will be having?  This pregnancy has been pretty similar but less severe and the heart rate has been pretty high.  But I'm not going to lie, I keep assuming it's a boy.  Is that mother' intuition?

I was laughing at your stories! So freakin hilarious! And I'm a little ticked that you're finding out what you're having before I am. My stupid doctor's office... no lenience. 20 weeks and that's that. And for me it will be 21-22 weeks!! I've tried to move it up - but to no avail. Oh well. I think you're having a boy. :) Cheers!

I was thinking boy until you heard the heart beat. But I am going to keep my fingers crossed and just say boy anyway. That way I can throw you a shower.
