AZ

The last time I saw my Grandparents (mom's side) was for my wedding 5ish years ago.  They surprised me and walked into my family dinner even though my Grandma had had a knee replacement.  It made my week and meant so much to me.  Every reunion and gathering since I have missed them by like a week or so.  Well you can imagine that the minute I moved the NM and only 7 hours away I was itching to go see them!  My Grandma just fell and broke her hip and got a partial hip replacement.  They haven't met my kids and I really wanted to go see them.  We were planning a trip in a few months but pushed it up for Dev's really good friend Scott.  It was his birthday this week and Devin got a day off of work for traveling - President's Day.  Plus it was the last week of no callings for us.  So we decided last minute to make a quick trip.  There are so many people we wanted to see and didn't have time.  I'm still glad we went and we are just going to have to see everyone next trip!
First though here we are giving Dad his Valentines at his office!  We had a fun few days at the office.  After Valentines the office had a Free Kids Day.  They had lots of games, balloons and a giant blow up slide out front.  Joseph dressed up as a mascot and was really fun with all the kids and jumping around on the street!
Brynlee wrote Devin a cute Valentines saying he has black eyes and his favorite food is Cheese crisps.  It was cute.
I have bought these raspberry sticks each Valentines.  Oh I love them!

This is a picture of the house that I grew up in.  So many memories here.  It was fun to drive by the street and see the Millers, Steiners and Viehweg's old house.
Here is the fire station/park that we always had an Easter egg hunt at, fed the ducks, picnics at the park and Jamo was accidently left here!

The girls took a little walk and had to hold hands and both wear their sunglasses.  This is Scott and Natalie Holm's little girl Taycee.  She is a few months older than Brynlee and they had a good time playing together.
 Yummy breakfast from Natalie
We were waiting for Callen to wake up and the girls decided to play games on the phones.  Both girls were glued to the phone but when one died they would switch games.  Taycee said: "You died, I heard it."
This is my Grandpa's wall of grandkids.  The left side is temple marriages and the right side has red strings to where they served their church mission.  We have a big family but it is cool to see everyone and were they have gone.
This is Callen at that park.  He loved the horse and learned to say "Yee-hah" when riding it.
Grandpa convinced us to go pick his oranges before visiting the hospital.  It was so fun for me to be there.  Brynlee and Devin picked a lot of oranges.  Callen enjoyed it too.  Mesa had the most amazing weather while we were there.

This last picture is of Callen being goofy.  He usually has shoes on his feet either walking on all four or running around the walls.  He thinks it is hilarious!

Ahh, this was so fun to see what you guys have been up to!! I'm jealous you got to be in AZ--basically the best state ever. I can't believe how big Callen looks, he is losing the baby look and looking more like a little boy!! Love Brynlee's hair. And those AZ oranges are amazing!!
