Summer Fun

Teddy thinks his potty is hilarious.  I've changed my perspective and instead of me convincing my kids of potty training they have to convince me they can be potty trained and then I'll take the diapers away!  Brynlee did some swim lessons and although it wasn't extremely productive she had a blast and was still learning some things.

 We decided it was about time to go camping!  We drove into the park and lo and behold there was a taco wagon sitting right there!  Devin and the men went fishing during the day and Teddy and Devin was pretty thrilled to catch a fish.  It was a catfish and we skinned gutted and ate it.  We were on a beach and the kids had a ball in the water and sand the whole time.  It got really hot-like100-and windy but it was still fun and the nights were goregous.

 Our garden is starting to produce a lot and it is so fun!  Dev chose for Father's Day to go ride in the El Paso sand dunes.  It was pretty fun and we went on a little hike up to the top of a mountain to look out.  then we made a pit stop to Cattleman's Ranch Steakhouse.  We went to the petty zoo, really cool playground and then the hay ride to the reenacted sites.  It was really fun!
