This fourth was a little more low key. No family which is always hard but we stayed busy and made some memories. We almost went camping but couldn't say no to some of these parties. We had a really fun BBQ at the Mackeys with amazing food. The older girls (9ish) broke out some face painting and came up with the cutest drawings on their faces. Then we went to the church where the cool moms had brought glow sticks and shared with my kids, we watched some little fireworks and waited for the big show. This was the first year Brynlee was upset she couldn't be with her friends and mom made her have family time. Man, are we already at that phase? But the Callen and Brynlee were really cute and playing together having a fun time. The next day we went four wheeling in the mountains in much cooler weather and visited Bluff Springs. It was gorgeous as usual. Then we raced home for a big neighborhood party. They had money in the pool for the teenagers to get, belly flop contests with prizes, and greased watermelon football. Oh and amazing food once again!
